SetZoneHittable
Makes a zone a target - it catches the shots and swings that reach it.
A target hears every arrow, bolt or ball a player shoots into it (OnProjectileHitZone) and every swing whose reach gets
there (OnMeleeHitZone). Any zone can be one: a box, a circle, a sphere. Players walking into it still count as being
in the zone.
