ResendPlayerMap
Sends one player the map again, as at their join.
The player’s game draws the map anew - for a player who says part of it is missing on their screen, without a relog. What stands
unchanged on their screen is not made again. The server already does this by itself when a player’s game gives up on the map: up to
three times, 20 seconds apart. Once every 10 seconds a player at most; it does not call OnPlayerMapReady again.
