SetPlayerDirt
Sets a player’s dirt - on their skin, their clothes or one piece.
In the player’s game, through the game’s own setter; their game then shows it to everyone and reports it back (the readers
show it within a second). 0 is clean, 1 as dirty as the game gets, in steps of 1/255. A piece put on within ten seconds
