SetActorNameplateFor
The label one viewer alone reads over an actor.
Like SetPlayerNameplateFor for an actor: viewer reads text over it instead of its own label (SetActorNameplate),
which everyone else keeps reading; "" gives the viewer the actor’s own label again. At most 48 characters. Gone when the
actor is destroyed.
