KcdMp_bind
Lists the keys the game mode declared and the key each is on - or puts one on a key of your own.
Without arguments the F9 window lists the server’s key bindings, each with its description, the key it is on and whether
that key is the player’s own choice or the mode’s default; a binding with no usable key says so. With a binding’s name and
a key it puts the binding on that key for this server - the game keeps the choice - and with the name and default it
goes back to the mode’s key. The key is the game’s own name for it (f2, insert, np_add).
A key the game keeps for itself is refused with the reason: F9, F12, Esc, Tab, Enter, the Windows keys, G and T, the walk, jump, crouch and sprint keys, the push-to-talk key, the third-person key and the chat’s two scroll keys. Two bindings may share a key; both fire.
