AddPlayerSkillXP
Gives a skill XP the game’s own way.
The same as AddPlayerStatXP for a skill: the bar fills, a level reached shows the level-up notice and brings its perk
points, xp is above 0 and at most 100000, the XP rate and OnPlayerGainXP are not asked, and the record follows
with the player’s next report. fencing (Warfare) is refused: the game works its level out from the weapon skills, so give
XP to those.

Returns
