SetActorSkill
Sets one of an actor’s skills - a weapon skill, defense, warfare.
Like SetActorStat for the skills: the level goes on the actor’s body on every screen and the game’s own rules answer
by it, its blows on a player first of all. The names are the ones SetPlayerSkill takes: "weapon_sword" (or
"sword"), "heavy_weapons", "weapon_large" (polearms), "weapon_dagger", "weapon_unarmed", "marksmanship",
"defense", "fencing" (or "warfare") and the rest. Person actors only.
