SetSecretCommand
Declares a chat command secret - the clients mask its argument as it is typed.
For a mode’s own /login <password> and /register <password>: from the call on, a player typing that command sees the
argument as asterisks on their chat line, and the Up arrow never recalls the line. Declare at init; the list reaches
every client and a reload empties it. The server never echoes or logs a command’s argument itself - what the mode’s own
Log lines carry is the mode’s business.
