SetVoiceOcclusion
How much walls muffle a voice.
Every player’s game measures what stands between them and each player they hear - walls, floors, a closed door, a hill -
and muffles that voice the way the game muffles its own sounds behind them: stone and plaster a lot, wood less, leaves,
cloth and open windows not at all. The voice still carries as far as its range; only how it sounds changes. 1 is the
default, 0 turns it off, up to 2 muffles twice as much. The change reaches every player at once.
