IsWebFrameReady

Whether a frame’s page has loaded and is listening.

true from the moment OnWebFrameReady runs for the frame until its page is gone. A frame that is only hidden is still ready. false for a frame that was never shown, one still loading, an unknown name, and when there is no web layer.

IsWebFrameReady(frame)

Returns

boolean - true when the page is listening
