SetActorBleeding
Sets how fast an actor bleeds, in place of its open wounds.
SetPlayerBleeding for an actor or an animal: one wound of rate health a second for seconds (left out = the rules’
seconds, SetBleedRules), capped by the rules’ maxRate; 0 stops the bleeding. A bleed-out is the last player’s kill
who struck it. Refused on a corpse.
