SetInterfaceForAll
SetPlayerInterface for everyone - and for whoever joins later.
Every connected player gets the drawer, and so does everyone who joins until the mode is reloaded. It replaces
what the mode set for any one player for that component. For the party it is the party frames on or off for everyone,
and it changes what [party] frames says for the players who join later as well.
The reasons are the ones of SetPlayerInterface: "unknown component 'x'", "the shop cannot be hidden", and for a
word that is not a drawer of that component, what is wrong with it.
