SetActorStat
Sets one of an actor’s stats - strength, agility, vitality, speech.
The level goes on the actor’s body on every screen, so the game’s own rules answer by it. Above all, the blows the actor
lands on a player hurt more with more strength (the game weighs it against the weapon’s requirement) and a higher combat
level; a bow is held drawn by its strength. Set the levels right after CreateActor - a boss with strength 25 and its
weapon skill at 20 hits much harder than a recruit at 5. A person actor takes "strength", "agility", "vitality" and
"speech"; an animal takes "strength", "agility", "vitality" and "courage". A level set stays until the actor is
destroyed.
