MountActor
Puts an actor on a horse - it walks to it and climbs on with the game’s own mount.
The horse must be alive, unridden and nobody’s (SetHorseOwner); the actor standing free (not dead, knocked out, carrying,
carried, in a cart or in a fight). An actor farther than 2.5 m walks to the horse’s left side first. The climb takes about three
seconds on every screen; OnActorMount says when it sits. While an actor holds it, the horse is the server’s: no player minds
it or mounts it. instant = true seats it at once, wherever the horse stands.
